CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support

This Certificate III in Individual Support program provides learners with the required training to work in a community and/or residential workplace, offering support to people in aged care or with disabilities.
It reflects the role of individuals in the community, home or residential care setting who work under supervision and delegation as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, following an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason.

CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support

This program guides the learner through the development of invaluable theoretical and practical knowledge and skill required for complex disability support roles.
The course focuses on developing self-confidence by equipping you with enhanced communication tools, creative lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills.The qualification requires completion of 120 hours practical placement, which will be arranged by TME in conjunction with our various employer partners.The necessary knowledge and skill will be delivered and assessed in scheduled classes on site at TME’s training facility in Ringwood, where an appropriate simulated environment enables learners to practice the skills they need in a real-life simulation.
To enter this qualification, you must have completed the earlier course Certificate III in Individual Support

CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support

This program guides the learner through the development of invaluable theoretical and practical knowledge and skill required to work effectively and independently within residential aged care and community services sectors, focusing on the skills and knowledge to support a team leader role.
TME’s Healthcare Simulated Learning Facility provides learners with stimulating and practical learning experiences, developing skills that are transferable to the workplace.
This well-rounded learning environment will ensure the learner’s capabilities meet the industry standards.

CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services

This qualification reflects the role of community services workers involved in the delivery, management and coordination of person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities.

At this level, workers have specialised skills in community services and work autonomously within their scope of practice under broad directions from senior management.

Workers support people to make change in their lives to improve personal and social wellbeing and may also have responsibility for the supervision of other workers and volunteers. They may also undertake case management and program coordination.

To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 200 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of units of competency.

The skills in this qualification must be applied in accordance with Commonwealth and State or Territory legislation, Australian standards and industry codes of practice.

No occupational licensing, certification or specific legislative requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance

 TME is pleased to offer training to overseas students who are interested in entering the Health Care Sector.This qualification reflects the role of a variety of workers who use a range of factual, technical and procedural knowledge to provide assistance to health professional staff for the care of clients. Health services assistance involves the worker in direct client contact under supervision.
The program covers a wide range of topics and is designed to assist students gain the skills and knowledge necessary to enter this important and in-demand sector. It is suitable for students who may be in a current learning program in a related discipline, such as Nursing, and for students who have a strong desire to work in the industry.
Training and assessment is delivered in online classes, with local support officers and Australian-based trainers and support staff.This qualification is widely recognised and may provide access to working visas in other countries.
