1. About The Management Edge

The Management Edge (TME) is a Registered Training Organisation (Reg# 3927) committed to delivering quality education and fair outcomes for every learner.
We comply fully with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025, ensuring that all our courses, information and marketing are ethical, accurate and transparent.
When you study with us, you can be confident that:

  • Every qualification or Statement of Attainment we offer is nationally recognised.
  • All information about our courses, fees and obligations is clear, complete and accessible.
  • You will be supported throughout your learning journey with guidance, wellbeing services and fair assessment practices.

2. Course Information

We’ll make sure you have all the details you need to make an informed decision about your training.

For each course, you’ll be able to access:

  • The course code and full title
  • Duration and study mode (face-to-face, workplace, blended, or online)
  • Location of delivery
  • Entry requirements and any prerequisites
  • A summary of assessment methods
  • Support and wellbeing services available during study
  • Student obligations, such as technology access, workplace placements, or personal protective equipment
  • Fees and funding details, including any government subsidy or concession eligibility
  • Any non-refundable components of course fees
  • Consumer rights, including cooling-off periods and refund policy links

Every TME course is delivered by qualified trainers using current industry practices. We clearly identify any courses offered in partnership with another RTO and always specify which RTO issues your qualification.

3. Before You Enrol

We want every learner to start with a full understanding of what’s involved.
Before you pay any fees, you’ll receive (or can download) a Pre-Enrolment Information Pack that includes:

  • Our full business name, RTO Code (3927) and CRICOS number (02310K)
  • Details of the training and assessment services provided by TME or our third-party partners
  • All fees and payment terms, including instalment options and refund conditions
  • How to access our Complaints and Appeals Policy
  • Details of any student obligations (materials, equipment, placement, technology requirements)

Refunds and cooling-off:
TME provides clear refund conditions and complies with Australian consumer law.
A short cooling-off period applies to certain enrolments—check your Student Agreement for details.

4. Is This Course Right for You?

We want every learner to succeed.
Before you start, we’ll help assess your suitability for the course through a short check of your:

  • Existing skills and experience
  • Language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) proficiency
  • Digital literacy or online learning readiness

If we identify that you may benefit from additional support or a different program, we’ll discuss alternative or preparatory options with you.
We also make reasonable adjustments for learners with disability to ensure fair and equitable participation.

5. Support and Wellbeing

TME offers a range of academic and personal support services to help you achieve your goals, including:

  • Access to LLN assistance and trainer feedback
  • Culturally safe and inclusive practices
  • Wellbeing and referral support if needed

Your success is our priority. You’ll have access to staff who can assist at any time during your course.

7. Keeping You Informed

If there are any changes to your course — such as its duration, delivery mode, availability, or support services — we’ll notify you promptly.
We’ll also advise if a training product is superseded or removed from scope, and ensure a fair transition process in line with ASQA requirements.

8. Governance and Compliance

All TME marketing and course information is reviewed and approved by senior staff before publication to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Our responsible officers include:

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  • Director, International
  • Compliance Manager

We also display our RTO Code (3927) and link all electronic materials to our current scope of registration on training.gov.au.
