Course information:

The current environment has created a large demand for qualified cleaning professionals who understand the requirements and techniques to clean work and public areas in a safe and thorough manner.

Employers are seeking people who have a formal Certificate II/III Cleaning Operations qualification. Attending this training will create more employment opportunities.

This program is designed for individuals who wish to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to engage in a range of routine cleaning tasks and specialist operational skills.

This nationally recognised qualification reflects the role of residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning sectors and the needs to work within the competitive cleaning industry. You will learn the core skills to work within these settings and conditions with specialist cleaning needs.

Clean Carpets (CPPCLO3006) Elective

Clean Glass Surfaces (CPPCLO3009) Elective

Clean Wet Areas (CPPCLO3017) Elective

Clean and Maintain Furniture and Fittings (CPPCLO3018) Elective

Remove Waste and Recyclable Materials (CPPCLO3019) Core

Pressure Wash and Clean Surfaces (CPPCLO3020) Elective

Maintain Cleaning Storage Areas (CPPCLO3035) Core

Induction:

Students will be introduced to the course, delivery and assessment methods, and expectations and rights of trainees prior to course commencement.

All students are expected to comply with worksite WHS procedures and policies during practical activities. Safety procedures in the classroom will be explained at the commencement of the course.

RPL & Credit Transfer: Students who believe they have sufficient past experience to demonstrate full competence against particular units may apply for RPL using the forms and processes available from the TME office. Students may apply for credit transfer for any units completed in prior qualifications, including for the elective units.

Funding: This program may be supported by Victorian State Government funding or subsidised by the NSW Government subject to eligibility. New employees may also be eligible for Commonwealth Government Funding. Contact us to check your eligibility.

Workplace Training: Programs can be customised to meet individual or workplace requirements. On the job training and assessment activities are built into our programs to benefit employers and enable learners to develop relevant workplace skills.

    national training package Certificate III in Cleaning Operations. Successful
    completion of the program will earn participants a nationally recognised
    Statement of Attainment that employers can rely on as evidence of current
